Reach out to us via email or WhatsApp. We will listen to your needs and then recommend the best option. Once you sign up, there will be a care manager assigned to each family. The care manager will be the central point for any services. They will bring the nurse practitioner, coordinate handyman services and transportation as needed.
How do you select your care managers and staff?
Every member of the EZlife network goes through a rigorous multi-step vetting process, including extensive background checks, medical certifications (where applicable), and empathy assessments to ensure they treat your parents like their own family.
What happens in a medical emergency?
While we focus on routine assistance and wellness tracking, our Care Managers have direct protocols for emergencies. They will immediately coordinate with local ambulance services, accompany your parent to the nearest preferred hospital, and notify you instantly on WhatsApp.
